Originally from Brooklyn, NY, Ed has been a true creative at heart ever since the day he could hold a crayon. His high level of attention to detail and desire to make each and every client a success is his motivation. With a background in design and creative and an emphasis on SEO and Paid Media, Ed excels under pressure and loves solving problems. In his free time, he travels, cooks, brews craft beer, and makes hot sauce.  He likes to add creativity to everything he does and always prefers to be a leader instead of a follower.

Darion is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt and is our Founder, Cris Rodriguez’s, Bonus Son. He showed an interest in helping other school owners with Grow Pro, and is our Integrator.

With 6 years of experience as a Kids Coach, 9 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and 4 years as a Digital Marketing Ninja, Darion is equipped to be the perfect person to help guide the team through the lens of a Martial Artist.

Mike Grandchamp is the Onboarding Manager for Grow Pro Agency. His goal is to set all of our Partners in Marketing up for success. He is an identical twin who loves to spend time with friends and loved ones, whether it’s in person or online, playing games on his PC. He likes to watch sports, and his main teams are the Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Chelsea Football Club.

Tony is the Business Development Representative for Grow Pro Agency. His goal is to find the best solution for our prospects’ and clients’ needs. When he is not helping make the best experience for prospects and clients, he enjoys producing music, playing the guitar, snowboarding, and martial arts.

Joannah is our Customer Success Representative. She is the liaison between our clients and the Ad Account team during the client journey. Customer service is her niche, as she has been working in the customer service profession for 5 + years for various industries. Joannah will direct our customers to the correct team member to ensure efficient communication. Although Joannah was born in Brooklyn, NY, she was raised for almost 28 years here in sunny Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and utilizes the knowledge obtained during her studies to understand the human mind and personality better. This has helped her immensely during her Customer Service journey, and she continues to use these tools in her Customer Success career path.

Emily Neuman is a Marketing Manager and Social Media Manager at Grow Pro Agency. She grew up in California and moved to Florida to attend the University of Tampa. She is a graduate from UT, having earned her bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Emily enjoys going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Oshin is our Talent Acquisition Specialist.

She is responsible for attracting Growth Professionals for the agency and ensures a smooth onboarding once they join the team. Additionally, she aids Cris with managing her workload and offers support to the marketing team. She enjoys helping grow the team, implementing employee retention strategies, and fostering collaborative company culture. In her free time, Oshin enjoys staying active, community building, and furthering her personal/professional development.

Sammy is a Marketing Assistant at Grow Pro Agency. She’s 28 years old, grew up in Okinawa, Japan, has a bearded dragon and two cats. Sammy currently is a one-stripe purple belt in Jiu Jitsu, but aspires to achieve a blackbelt in Jiu Jitsu.

Lily is a Social Media Representative at Grow Pro Agency, born and raised in Tampa, FL. In her free time, you can find her lifting weights, trying a new hobby, playing guitar, or taking her fur baby, Mabel, to the park. After being a personal trainer for 3 years, she found a passion for Social Media in the fitness industry. She loves to help clients maximize their business potential while they focus on their passion.

Ally is a Social Media Representative at Grow Pro Agency. She is from Palm Harbor, Florida and has one beloved cat named Penny. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach and weightlifting. She has a passion for social media content creation and enjoys helping her clients reach their business goals.

Isabel brings a style of driving expectations through empathetic communication and inspirational leadership. With 25 years of Sales, Marketing, and leadership experience from U.S. Department of Defense to Feeding America, she is ready to make a splash here at Grow Pro. But Isabel is not just good at growing businesses, she also enjoys gardening outside of the office. You can also catch her enjoying beach life, boating, traveling, and relaxing with friends and family. 

Marina is a Concierge Agent and a full-time student at UCF pursuing her Bachelor’s in Communications, with a minor in Mass Media. She enjoys staying active, going to the beach, and hanging out with friends, family and her two dogs.  

Lydia is a Concierge Agent at Grow Pro Agency. Her goal is to get the most bookings possible for her clients by building rapport with their customers. Lydia grew up in New York and moved to Florida for the sunshine and beaches. When she is not working she loves to take nature walks with her dog Blu, watch movies and spend time with her friends and family.

Shaun is one of Grow Pro Agency’s Concierge Reps. He is a Clearwater native that loves going out with friends to explore all that the Bay area has to offer. He enjoys a variety of music, staying active and is always willing to help his team.

Nikolas Talarico is a Concierge Agent for Grow Pro Agency. His goal at Grow Pro is to forge great first impressions with potential customers for our clients. Moving to Florida from Pennsylvania, in his free time, he loves swimmings, hiking, making pottery, and exploring the many beautiful nature sites within the state with friends.

Kyle is an Ad Account Manager at Grow Pro Agency. His goal being to maximize the Ad Campaign results for our Clients Schools. He is a former competitive Soccer Player who puts his all into getting the best results. He enjoys martial arts, soccer, movies, and hanging out with friends and family.

Kevin is an Ad Account Manager at Grow Pro Agency. Kevin’s goal is to help give our clients the ultimate 5-star experience of advertising. He loves Baseball and his dog son, Vegeta, a Basenji. He also enjoys going to the movies, spending time with family, and watching anime.

Alex is one of our Account Managers at Grow Pro Agency. He has an Advertising & Communications degree from the University of South Carolina. Alex likes to spend his free time exploring the bike trails, kayaking, and spending time with friends. Alex has a passion for communications and it’s his goal to always do what’s best for our clients.

Carson is an Ad Account Manager at Grow Pro Agency. His goal is to build rapport with clients and do whatever it takes to make their business successful. He is a lifelong resident of Tampa and an avid Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan. In his free time, Carson enjoys going to country music concerts, hitting the gym, line dancing, and spending time with his rescue dogs Brady and Daisy.

Patrick is an Ad Account Specialist at Grow Pro Agency.
His goal is to build rapport with customers and help provide them with the best service possible for our clients’ schools. When he isn’t working, he enjoys kayaking, playing pool, walking on trails, watching sports, and spending time with his friends and family.

Andrew is one of Grow Pro Agency’s Ad Account Reps. He is an Orlando native, USF Alum with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and knows how to throw down on the dance floor. He enjoys the practical application of all the skills he’s acquired through his studies. When he’s not making data-driven decisions you can find him exploring the outdoors, playing disc golf, or hanging with his beloved dog Coco.

Raul, a resident of the thriving city of Tampa Bay, is an alumni of the University of South Florida. He prides himself on delivering unparalleled client satisfaction through his exceptional communication skills. Raul holds the rank of a four-stripe blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and actively contributes to the growth of his community by imparting his knowledge as an assistant instructor for kids classes at Gracie Tampa HQ. In his free time, Raul enjoys activities such as lifting weights, camping, and cherishing moments with his feline companion, Mercedes.

Christian is one of the Ad Account Reps at Grow Pro Agency. He is originally from Hurricane, West Virginia, and graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing with an emphasis on Digital Marketing Promotions and a minor in Hospitality and Tourism. Christian recently relocated to the area and joined the Grow Pro team! He enjoys learning new skills in the marketing world and contributing to the success of the agency. In his free time, he enjoys training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, watching WVU sports and the Dallas Mavericks, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Ryann, one of our Ad Account Reps, grew up in the Tampa Bay Area and has been practicing Isshinryu Karate since 2003. With over 20 years of Customer Relations & graphic design experience, Ryann is ready & excited to be able to help you out with your advertising! She loves learning new things, making people groan over awful puns, and spending time with her black cat – Mal. When Ryann’s not telling bad puns, you can find her teaching karate, creating art, or playing one of her many board games.

Kaitlyn is one of our Ad Account Reps. She has a strong passion for marketing, storytelling, and personal development. Kaitlyn loves finding new digital ways to express her creativity and positively impact others around her. Her favorite thing to do is acquire and master new skills. If she’s not at work, then she is at the gym, meditating, or spending time with her cat, Kenai. Kaitlyn highly enjoys using her experience in the digital marketing field to create content and results she’s proud of.

Matthew is one of our Ad Account Reps at Grow Pro Agency. Matthew’s goal is to generate a real and positive impact for our clients through lead generation and digital advertising. He loves learning languages and studying how humans acquire first and second languages. He also enjoys computer programming, art museums, and basketball.

Temia is an Ad Account Representative at Grow Pro Agency. She is a proud of alumni of the University of South Florida with a B.S degree in Integrated Public Relations and Advertising. Temia is extremely passionate about combining creative tactics with data driven decisions to find the best results for clients. In her free time, Temia loves spending time with her friends and family, hitting the beach, or watching an entire season of reality television with her dog in bed.

Destiny Garraus is a proud alumni of the University of South Florida, having obtained a B.S. in Integrated Public Relations and Advertising and a B.A. in Professional Writing, Rhetoric, and Technology. She is an avid lifelong learner, also having recently completed her coursework to become a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) through the American Marketing Association (AMA). Outside of her professional life, Destiny enjoys a sleepy life with her two cats, Mash and Potato, plenty of art passion projects, and an enthusiasm for tabletop roleplaying games.

Born and raised in Tampa, FL – Bianca is a Dog Mom to Bella, who she affectionately refers to as her “little water dog”. She loves being outdoors in nature where she enjoys hobbies like: snorkeling, kayaking and camping at the springs throughout Florida.

From St. Petersburg, Florida, Derek Corneau is one of Grow Pro’s amazing growth professionals. He helps our clients maximize their ROI by optimizing their advertisement campaign performance. He is a cat dad to his beloved “Panda” and enjoys long-distance cycling in his free time. On weekends you can catch him biking around Dunedin or listening to vinyl records. Did we mention he’s a talented DJ and a soccer fan? Derek is full of positive energy, which is something our team values and embodies.

Derek Jackson, originally from Buffalo, NY, is an Ad Accounts professional at Grow Pro Agency. He attended the University at Buffalo & graduated with a BS in Media Studies. His passions include working out, music production, pc gaming & programming. He also enjoys watching basketball & football in his leisure time. Derek is super ambitious, a quick-learner, and makes every project his own.

Born in the beautiful island of Trinidad & Tobago (known as the home of carnival), he is a Visual Storyteller who enjoys bringing sight and sound together to create compelling, vibrant and stunning videos and other creative items. With unique attributes, his skill set ranges from Graphics, Motion Design, Video Production, VFX, Sound Design, Color Grading, Photos plus more. His bucket list is to someday work on a feature film. A former semi-pro soccer player and avid lover of all sports he loves traveling and has been to over 20 countries for both soccer and vacation.
