Darion is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Purple Belt and is our Founder, Cris Rodriguez’s, Bonus Son. He showed an interest in helping other school owners with Grow Pro, and is our Integrator.

With 6 years of experience as a Kids Coach, 9 years of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and 4 years as a Digital Marketing Ninja, Darion is equipped to be the perfect person to help guide the team through the lens of a Martial Artist.

Nikolas Talarico is a Sales Development Rep for Grow Pro Agency. His goal at Grow Pro is to forge great first impressions with potential customers for our clients. Moving to Florida from Pennsylvania, in his free time, he loves swimmings, hiking, making pottery, and exploring the many beautiful nature sites within the state with friends.

Mike Grandchamp is the Onboarding Manager for Grow Pro Agency. His goal is to set all of our Partners in Marketing up for success. He is an identical twin who loves to spend time with friends and loved ones, whether it’s in person or online, playing games on his PC. He likes to watch sports, and his main teams are the Tampa Bay Lightning, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Chelsea Football Club.

Matthew is one of our Onboarding Specialist at Grow Pro Agency. Matthew’s goal is to generate a real and positive impact for our clients through lead generation and digital advertising. He loves learning languages and studying how humans acquire first and second languages. He also enjoys computer programming, art museums, and basketball.

Joannah is our Account LifeCycle Specialist. She is the liaison between our clients and the Ad Account team during the client journey. Customer service is her niche, as she has been working in the customer service profession for 5 + years for various industries. Joannah will direct our customers to the correct team member to ensure efficient communication. Although Joannah was born in Brooklyn, NY, she was raised for almost 28 years here in sunny Florida. She graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and utilizes the knowledge obtained during her studies to understand the human mind and personality better. This has helped her immensely during her Customer Service journey, and she continues to use these tools in her Customer Success career path.

Emily Neuman is a Marketing Director and Social Media Manager at Grow Pro Agency. She grew up in California and moved to Florida to attend the University of Tampa. She graduated from UT, having earned her bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Public Relations. Emily enjoys going to the beach, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Sammy is a Social Media Specialist at Grow Pro Agency. She grew up in Okinawa, Japan, and has a bearded dragon and two cats. Sammy currently is a one-stripe purple belt in Jiu Jitsu, but aspires to achieve a blackbelt in Jiu Jitsu.

Ally is a Social Media Manager at Grow Pro Agency. She is from Palm Harbor, Florida and has one beloved cat named Penny. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach and weightlifting. She has a passion for social media content creation and enjoys helping her clients reach their business goals.

Marina is the Concierge Agent Manager and a received her Bachelor’s in Communications, with a minor in Mass Media at UCF. She enjoys staying active, going to the beach, and hanging out with friends, family and her two dogs.  

Lydia is a Concierge Agent at Grow Pro Agency. Her goal is to get the most bookings possible for her clients by building rapport with their customers. Lydia grew up in New York and moved to Florida for the sunshine and beaches. When she is not working she loves to take nature walks with her dog Blu, watch movies and spend time with her friends and family.

Shaun is one of Grow Pro Agency’s Concierge Specialists. He is a Clearwater native that loves going out with friends to explore all that the Bay area has to offer. He enjoys a variety of music, staying active and is always willing to help his team.

Kyle is an Account Director at Grow Pro Agency. His goal being to maximize the Ad Campaign results for our Clients Schools. He is a former competitive Soccer Player who puts his all into getting the best results. He enjoys martial arts, soccer, movies, and hanging out with friends and family.

Kevin is an Ad Account Manager at Grow Pro Agency. Kevin’s goal is to help give our clients the ultimate 5-star experience of advertising. He loves Baseball and his dog son, Vegeta, a Basenji. He also enjoys going to the movies, spending time with family, and watching anime.

Alex is one of our Account Managers at Grow Pro Agency. He has an Advertising & Communications degree from the University of South Carolina. Alex likes to spend his free time exploring the bike trails, kayaking, and spending time with friends. Alex has a passion for communications and it’s his goal to always do what’s best for our clients.

Carson is an Ad Account Manager at Grow Pro Agency. His goal is to build rapport with clients and do whatever it takes to make their business successful. He is a lifelong resident of Tampa and an avid Tampa Bay Buccaneers fan. In his free time, Carson enjoys going to country music concerts, hitting the gym, line dancing, and spending time with his rescue dogs Brady and Daisy.

Andrew is one of Grow Pro Agency’s Ad Account Managers. He is an Orlando native, USF Alum with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and knows how to throw down on the dance floor. He enjoys the practical application of all the skills he’s acquired through his studies. When he’s not making data-driven decisions you can find him exploring the outdoors, playing disc golf, or hanging with his beloved dog Coco.

Christian is an Ad Account Manager at Grow Pro Agency. He is originally from Hurricane, West Virginia, and graduated from West Virginia University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing with an emphasis on Digital Marketing Promotions and a minor in Hospitality and Tourism. Christian recently relocated to the area and joined the Grow Pro team! He enjoys learning new skills in the marketing world and contributing to the success of the agency. In his free time, he enjoys training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, watching WVU sports and the Dallas Mavericks, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Temia is an Ad Account Specialist at Grow Pro Agency. She is a proud of alumni of the University of South Florida with a B.S degree in Integrated Public Relations and Advertising. Temia is extremely passionate about combining creative tactics with data driven decisions to find the best results for clients. In her free time, Temia loves spending time with her friends and family, hitting the beach, or watching an entire season of reality television with her dog in bed.

Destiny Garraus is a proud alumni of the University of South Florida, having obtained a B.S. in Integrated Public Relations and Advertising and a B.A. in Professional Writing, Rhetoric, and Technology. She is an avid lifelong learner, also having recently completed her coursework to become a Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) through the American Marketing Association (AMA). Outside of her professional life, Destiny enjoys a sleepy life with her two cats, Mash and Potato, plenty of art passion projects, and an enthusiasm for tabletop roleplaying games.

From St. Petersburg, Florida, Derek Corneau is one of Grow Pro’s amazing growth professionals. He helps our clients maximize their ROI by optimizing their advertisement campaign performance. He is a cat dad to his beloved “Panda” and enjoys long-distance cycling in his free time. On weekends you can catch him biking around Dunedin or listening to vinyl records. Did we mention he’s a talented DJ and a soccer fan? Derek is full of positive energy, which is something our team values and embodies.

Derek Jackson, originally from Buffalo, NY, is an Ad Accounts professional at Grow Pro Agency. He attended the University at Buffalo & graduated with a BS in Media Studies. His passions include working out, music production, pc gaming & programming. He also enjoys watching basketball & football in his leisure time. Derek is super ambitious, a quick-learner, and makes every project his own.

Madison is an Ad Account Rep at Grow Pro Agency. With a background in art, she thrives on finding unique, outside-the-box solutions to meet clients’ needs. When she’s not at work, you can find her trying a new creative hobby, feeding the local birds, or enjoying a cozy day in with her dog, Sticky. Whether she’s diving into a new game or developing her digital design skills, she finds joy in the little things that help her imagination thrive.

Ray is a concierge agent who’s got a goal to make the world smile. A cat mom of a little Tuxedo named Mori, and if you can’t find them behind a computer, they’re probably at Disney World. Born and raised in south Florida with full Puerto Rican parents but, still can’t speak Spanish. Ray studied Culinary, Baking & Pastry and food service management for a total of over eight years. Being able to: not only fill your heart, but also your tummies. Ray’s also a cosplayer, video gamer and Dungeons and Dragons player, so you’ll probably also see them at the local conventions and Renaissance Festivals.

Aartee is one of our concierge reps at GrowPro Agency. She grew up in the Poconos, Pennsylvania, and is an alumni of Temple University in Philadelphia with a Bachelor’s in English. In her free time, you can find her soaking up the sun at a park or beach, most likely with a coffee and book in hand. As an avid lifelong learner and with experience in education and in sales, Aartee brings a high level of solution based and proactive communication to build client relationships and book appointments. 

Marjorie is a skilled virtual assistant with more than 7 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, and team management. With a proven ability to streamline workflows and nurture client relationships, she is committed to providing effective solutions that deliver results. Driven by a passion for excellence, Marjorie is dedicated to helping businesses thrive. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling to beaches to watch sunsets and has a love for Korean food and Kdramas.

Originally from Johannesburg, South Africa, Claudette brings a vibrant international perspective to the world of digital marketing. She began her career at SWELL in Philadelphia, where she honed her skills and developed a passion for creative strategy. That journey inspired her to launch her own agency, Tiny Magic, where she helped brands grow through innovative and thoughtful digital solutions.
Outside of work, Claudette is all about joy and connection—whether it’s belting out karaoke tunes, dancing with friends, or spending time with her husband, daughter Golden, and two beloved dogs, Mimi and Kuku.

Originally from Laguna Beach, California, Robert has always had a passion for connecting with people and helping small businesses grow. After graduating from Laguna Beach High School, he jumped straight into a career in advertising—primarily with Yelp—where he’s spent years helping businesses strengthen their online presence and reach their goals. One of his greatest strengths is building authentic connections with people, a skill that has been key to his success in marketing. Outside of work, you’ll usually find him with his dog Fredo, his constant sidekick and adventure buddy.

Alfonso is a proud graduate of the University of Florida. Although he has lived in 5 states due to his father’s military career, his family has called Tampa home for the last 14 years. While at UF, Alfonso was a dedicated wrestler, becoming the NCWA National Champion at 141 pounds in 2023. He went on to become the head coach of the program after graduation. Now that Alfonso is back in Tampa, he coaches middle and high school wrestling and has taken up training jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai with the goal of competing. He enjoys going to the beach, attending music festivals, and taking his dog Roux out to the park.
