Step 1: Segment Your List
Create two categories: Former Students and Cold Leads.
Step 2: Launch SMS & Email Campaigns
Use a CRM to:
Send a short text that sounds human: “Hey [First Name]! We’re offering a few free trial classes this month. Want me to save you a spot?”
Follow up with a casual email: “We’d love to have you back on the mat. Reply if you’re interested.”
Step 3: Drip Release If It’s a Big List
Avoid overwhelming your team. Break large lists into 100-contact chunks.
Run the campaign weekly.
Step 4: Set Up Call Follow-Up
